8:30 a.m. – Competition Begins (Location: Pauline Whittaker Animal Science Center and Arena -1335 Knapp Drive, Fayetteville, AR 72704)
Tuesday – November 7th
6:45 a.m. – Market Products – Set up (Location: POSC Pilot Processing Plant – 495 W. Knapp St. Fayetteville, AR 72704)
9:00 a.m. – Competition Begins (Location: POSC Pilot Processing Plant – 495 W. Knapp St. Fayetteville, AR 72704)
